Private airport transfers for your 2028 Los Angeles Olympics visit, with a vehicle selected for your passengers, luggage, and onward itinerary.
Start with a clear airport pickup plan. We coordinate the flight, the meeting arrangement, and the vehicle before your arrival.
Provide the airline and flight number so our team can monitor the arrival and adjust the pickup plan when schedules change.
Share the number of travelers and checked bags, plus larger items, so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
At LAX, vehicle-based meet-and-greet is available with sedans and SUVs. Larger vehicles require a different pickup plan.
Your Games itinerary starts at the airport, not the stadium. Hollywood Limousine coordinates private transfers between Los Angeles-area airports, hotels, residences, and other confirmed destinations throughout Southern California. Tell us where you are staying and when you need to arrive, especially if an event session is scheduled on your travel day.
We can plan transfers from LAX and other regional airports, including Hollywood Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne, and Ontario. Choose the airport that works for your flights and itinerary; proximity on a map does not always translate into a shorter drive. Include the actual arrival airport and terminal or flight number in your request. See our airport transportation service for the broader service options.
We cannot park Sprinters, limousines, or coaches at LAX for vehicle-based meet-and-greet. That option is limited to sedans and SUVs. If your group needs personal assistance inside the airport while a larger vehicle follows a coordinated pickup plan, ask about separate airport greeter service. Confirm the assistance you need and the applicable meeting procedure before travel.
A passenger count alone is not enough to choose the right airport vehicle. Give us the number and approximate size of checked bags, carry-ons, strollers, and any equipment. Sedans, SUVs, and luggage-capable group vehicles serve different needs. Limousines and party buses have very limited luggage capacity, if any; checked bags cannot be placed in the passenger compartment. Child seats are available at no charge: request them in advance with each child’s age, height, weight, or the seat type needed.
We monitor commercial flights when flight information is available. For private aviation, provide the tail number and FBO; if tracking is blocked, our team coordinates with the FBO for updates. Hotel transfers and venue travel should be planned as separate parts of the itinerary, with allowance for baggage collection and the Games access rules. Review our private aviation transportation and the venue guide before planning a direct airport-to-session journey.
Send the travel date, flight number, arrival airport, destination, passenger and luggage counts, and a mobile contact. Include any greeter or child-seat request. We will confirm the meeting arrangement, availability, and quoted terms.
Yes, subject to suitable vehicle availability and airport pickup rules. Larger vehicles do not provide vehicle-based meet-and-greet at LAX; separate greeter assistance can be discussed.
No. A point-to-point airport transfer covers the agreed journey. If you want the vehicle to stay available for further stops or venue travel, request a separately quoted hourly itinerary.
Yes. Child seats are provided at no charge. Request them before travel and include age, height, weight, or the seat type needed in your booking notes.
No. Tickets, accreditation, parking, and restricted access are not included. A venue transfer must comply with the access rules in effect for that location and date.
