Start with your travel dates, hotel location, passenger count, and the sessions you plan to attend. We review vehicle fit, luggage, reserved hours, and the access information available for each destination. Private service does not include event admission or access inside restricted Games areas.

BEYOND A SINGLE TRANSFER
An airport transfer and an all-day itinerary are different bookings. A point-to-point transfer covers the agreed journey. Hourly service reserves a vehicle and chauffeur for a defined period, allowing planned stops such as hotel departures, hospitality engagements, meals, and meetings.
For several days of travel, send the full program. Each day may need a different vehicle or schedule, especially when guest numbers and luggage change. Confirm the reserved hours, applicable minimums, pricing, and change terms in your quote.
Allow for the exit walk, security, traffic controls, and travel between areas. A private vehicle cannot bypass restricted roads or promise an entrance-side pickup. Your chauffeur’s meeting location must follow the operating rules in place.

Passenger capacity is only one part of vehicle selection. Tell us about checked bags, strollers, equipment, mobility needs, and any child-seat requests before a vehicle is recommended.

You do not need a perfect itinerary to start a conversation. Share the confirmed details and identify what may change. We can review the transportation requirements and explain what must be settled before booking.
Travel dates and pickup addresses; passenger and luggage counts; flight details; hotel locations; the venue and session schedule; any hospitality stops; and your coordinator’s name, mobile number, and email.

No. Hollywood Limousine is an independent private chauffeur company and is not affiliated with LA28 or the IOC. Event tickets, accreditation, and official spectator transport are separate.
Only where private vehicle access is permitted. Games security perimeters and traffic controls may require a designated drop-off and an onward walk or official transport connection. We cannot guarantee restricted access or special lanes.
No. We do not provide event admission or parking passes. Clients supply any required vehicle-appropriate parking pass. Check Games-specific access instructions before buying parking; a pass does not override a security restriction.
Vehicle-based meet-and-greet at LAX is limited to sedans and SUVs. Larger vehicles require a coordinated pickup arrangement. Separate airport greeter service can be discussed if your group needs assistance inside the airport.
Contact us once your travel dates and likely itinerary are known. Vehicle availability and booking terms must be confirmed in writing. Share later schedule changes promptly so the transportation plan can be reviewed.
Our event shuttle service has a five-hour minimum. Olympics bookings may have vehicle- and itinerary-specific minimums and terms, which must be confirmed in your quote. A point-to-point airport transfer is different from a reserved hourly itinerary.
